Community Development
We support villages through our community empowerment approach. People come together to decide their priorities first before we facilitate them with guidance, training and financial support. That way everyone is stronger together.
Founder Chairman
Dr Cletus Babu and his wife Amali founded Social Change and Development (SCAD) to reach the unreached in the rural villages of Tirunelveli and Tuticorin districts. More than 500,000 people have benefited so far.
